PANA Community Champion and Keystone Healthy Zone Award 2004-2008

PANA is is a statewide coalition of community organizations committed to the promotion of healthy eating and physically active lifestyles. Via grants from the Center for Disease Control, PANA provides funding, incentives and programs to schools, communities and health care providers as part of Pennsylvania’s Nutrition and Physical Activity Plan to Prevent Obesity and Related Chronic Diseases.
